About me
William Hornby is a multi-hyphenate artist and advocate based in New York City. He has been putting on a show for anyone who will give him the time of day since before he can remember.
William is at the forefront of raising awareness for men with eating disorders with his advocacy on TikTok and Instagram Reels (@williamhornby) where he has amassed over 400,000 followers combined.
He works very closely with the major eating disorder nonprofits MEDA, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders, Project HEAL, and the Eating Disorders Coalition. He also creates content for Within Health and Eating Recovery Center.
He was awarded the William Donald Schaefer “Helping People” award by the state of Maryland in 2021. He holds a BFA in Musical Theater and a BBA in Business Management from Temple University, and he studied classical voice at the prestigious Baltimore School for the Arts.
