Matt Goldberg is an Agent Assistant in the Theatrical Department at Clear Talent Group, working closely with agents and clients, supporting the agency’s daily operations, managing talent submissions, and coordinating communications between clients and casting directors. Prior to joining CTG, Matt worked as a Casting Assistant at Waldron Casting, where he assisted in posting casting calls, creating shortlists, and liaising with production assistants. His time at Waldron Casting honed his understanding of the casting process, from the initial breakdown to the final booking. Originally from Houston, Matt moved to NYC to pursue a BA in Acting from Pace University. His background in acting informs their work behind the scenes, as they bring a deep understanding of both the performer’s perspective and the intricacies of talent representation. Passionate about the arts and the entertainment industry, Matt is committed to supporting the growth of both emerging and established talent.
