About me
(Assistant Stage Manager) Joyelle is a stage manager, actress, teaching artist, and accessibility advocate based in New York City. She has been involved in theatre since she fell in love with it during her freshman year of high school. Joyelle moved to NYC in 2018 to attend NYU, where she earned her BS in Educational Theatre, along with double minors in American Sign Language and Dramatic Literature. Since arriving in the city, she has taken on numerous roles in the theatre space, including Stage Manager, Actor, Assistant Stage Manager, Light Board Operator, (Assistant) Production Manager, and Director, among others. She is especially grateful for the incredible opportunities she has received through NexGen Youth Theatre, where she interned for three years and has been a full-time team member since 2022. Joyelle has had an absolute blast serving as Assistant Stage Manager for The Office Parody Musical and is excited to be part of this event!
