About me
Jeff Revels is Artistic Director at Orlando Family Stage, Florida’s only professional theatre for family and young audiences, which has commissioned many plays and musicals. He recently wrote for Dollywood and Dolly Parton, as well as Universal Orlando theme parks. He wrote/directed large-scale spectaculars for the city of Manaus, Brazil and digital films seen at Okada Resort in Manila, Philippines. Jeff has been highlighted by the Orlando Sentinel as one of Central Florida’s Most Fascinating People and one of Ten People Who Make Orlando a Better Place To Live. He received a Distinguished Career award from Florida Theatre Conference and Winthrop University. A National Endowment for the Arts panelist and Emmy Award nominated writer, he served as Executive Producer for Orlando Citrus Parade and writer for the National Cherry Blossom Festival Celebration, Nashville Christmas Spectacular, National Memorial Day Parade, and the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, all nationally syndicated.
