About me
David Adjmi was awarded the Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics’ Circle Award, Drama League and New York Drama Critics’ Circle Awards for Stereophonic. He is also the fortunate recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Mellon Foundation grant, the Whiting Writers’ Award, and the Steinberg Playwright Award (the “Mimi”) among others. Other plays include Stunning (Lincoln Center Theatre), Marie Antoinette (Soho Rep, Yale Rep & A.R.T.), 3C (Rattlestick), Elective Affinities (Soho Rep & the R.S.C.) and The Evildoers (Yale Rep). His new play The Blind King is a commission for The Public/NYSF. His critically acclaimed memoir Lot Six was published by HarperCollins, and two play collections, Stunning and Other Plays and Marie Antoinette/3C are published by TCG.
